For your business

You may already use Noah without knowing.

When an app or wallet pays you in stablecoins or gives you a virtual account, the licence behind it may be Noah's. Three things to check:

  • Who holds the money

Look in the account terms for “issued by”, “provided by” or “held at”. That company's licence is the one that protects you.

  • Who converts to stablecoins

Ask the app which company does the conversion and under which licence. For some EU platforms the answer is now Noah LV SIA.

  • Keep a second account

Two apps on the same partner can fail together. A second account issued by a different institution keeps salaries and suppliers paid.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Can my company open an account with Noah?

No. Noah sells to platforms through an API and offers a demo, not a sign-up. A business uses Noah through an app or wallet built on it.

What licences does Noah have in the EU?

Noah LV SIA holds a MiCA crypto-asset service provider licence and a payment institution licence, both granted by Latvijas Banka on 30 September 2026. Noah LT, UAB is registered as a virtual asset service provider in Lithuania.

Is Noah a bank?

No. Its licences let it hold, exchange and send stablecoins and make payments. None of them allows it to take deposits.
