FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Does dtcpay give my business an account in its own name?

dtcpay offers multi-currency business balances and virtual account numbers that payers can send money to, but none of its pages says the account details are in your company's name. That is why Finzil lists it as a payments platform rather than a business account.

Which licences does dtcpay hold?

Its Singapore company, Digital Treasures Center Pte. Ltd., is a major payment institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and dtcpay Luxembourg S.A. is an e-money institution licensed by the CSSF (W00000020, authorised 29 October 2025). dtcpay also lists registrations in the US, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong.

Can I use dtcpay from the EU or UK?

Its help centre lists the EU and the UK among the places where its digital payment token services are not offered. Ask dtcpay which of its services your company can use.

One Finzil profile

Stop applying one provider at a time.

The usual route is to apply to each provider you find, then spend weeks going back and forth with its compliance team. Tell Finzil about your business once and start with the providers likely to say yes.
