Our view

Who each one suits.

Finzil's own opinion, kept apart from the facts above.

Equals Money · October 2026
Equals Money works well for UK businesses that want one multi-currency IBAN and controlled expense cards for a team, and it takes sectors such as iGaming and digital assets seriously. Account and FX prices are quoted, not published, so get them in writing before you commit. It is a UK-centred product; companies from elsewhere should check eligibility first.
Soldo · October 2026
Soldo is a mature, well-liked tool for controlling company spending, strong where many people need cards with firm rules, such as care groups, schools and construction. It charges for almost everything in small amounts, a monthly fee, each card, each payment, so price it against Pleo for your team size. It is a spending account, not a replacement for your main bank.

Payments

Can a spend management account receive customer payments?

We read the funding rules of eight spend management platforms. Five accept money only from your own company's account and send anything else back. Wallester's contract says the same, though its sales page doesn't, and two platforms publish no rule.

How this page is built: every row comes from the two provider profiles on Finzil, which are taken from each provider's own website, price list and terms (latest check 13 October 2026). Prices and rules change; check them with the provider before you apply. Meeting a provider's published rules does not mean it will approve a particular application.
