Nebeus says it is authorised by Spain's CNMV as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA, but on 3 November 2026 Rintral Trading was not on the CNMV's list of crypto-asset service providers or in ESMA's MiCA register. Nebeus's UK e-money firm (Nebeus Solutions Limited, formerly Dzing Finance) has agreed with the FCA not to take on new business or retail customers; it does not issue this IBAN.

## Finzil's take (opinion)

Nebeus is an on/off-ramp, not a business current account: it suits a company that holds crypto or stablecoins and needs a euro IBAN in its own name to move money to and from its main bank. It cannot pay suppliers or collect from customers, and its MiCA authorisation was not on the CNMV or ESMA registers when we checked, so confirm both the licence and the IBAN issuer before sending large sums.

## FAQ

**Can I pay suppliers or receive customer payments with a Nebeus business IBAN?**

No. Nebeus says the Business Crypto IBAN sends and receives payments "only between accounts held in your own company's name" and that third-party payments and payments to or from consumers are not supported. Nebeus offers separate Linked Business Accounts, issued by Fiat Republic Netherlands B.V., for payments to and from third parties.

**Who issues the Nebeus IBAN?**

A partner payment institution, chosen by Nebeus and named when the IBAN is activated. Nebeus's IBAN terms name Fiat Republic Netherlands B.V. (De Nederlandsche Bank), FreemarketFX Ireland Ltd (Central Bank of Ireland) and Quicko Sp. z o.o. (Polish KNF). Rintral Trading, which runs Nebeus, says it is not a bank or e-money issuer and does not hold customer funds.

**Is Nebeus authorised under MiCA?**

Nebeus says Rintral Trading, S.L.U. is authorised by Spain's CNMV as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA. On 3 November 2026 it was not on the CNMV's list of crypto-asset service providers or in ESMA's interim MiCA register, so the authorisation could not be confirmed. Rintral Trading is registered in Argentina as a virtual asset service provider (CNV PSAV 145).

**What about Nebeus's UK licence?**

Nebeus Solutions Limited (FCA 900993, formerly Dzing Finance Ltd) is an authorised e-money institution. The FCA register lists two voluntary undertakings: since October 2023 it may not take on new retail customers, and since March 2024 it may not onboard new corporate customers or accept new funds from existing ones without the FCA's agreement. It does not issue the business IBAN.

**How much does the Nebeus business IBAN cost?**

No opening or monthly fee. Incoming SEPA transfers are free; outgoing SEPA transfers cost €3.50. Exchanging between crypto and euros costs 0.50% up to €1.5 million of monthly turnover, falling to 0.20% above €5 million. After 12 months without activity, €4 a month is charged.

**Which companies can get the IBAN?**

Companies registered in one of 33 countries Nebeus lists, including Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea. Nebeus also restricts account creation in 128 countries; that list includes the Netherlands, Hungary and the United States.
